Affinity Debt Management has the capability and capacity to provide call overflow services to assist organisations during peak times and as a ready skilled resourcing solution. During peak periods, we supply daily overflow early collections calls to ensure no customers are left unattended. The call focus is therefore on service and rehabilitation.

Debtor Roll rate management

This service focuses on account management outsourcing at any stage of the debtor’s lifecycle to avoid charge-off. Accounts are managed individually with dedicated treatment paths and analytical modelling to reduce the impact of write offs on the balance sheet.

Repayment arrangement management
